As an elegant and romantic Northern Texas Bed and Breakfast, it is our goal to provide you with personal service, gracious ambiance, and lovely accommodations. In order to ensure your stay in Paris, Texas is pleasant, a number of policies have been established.

We have no accommodations for pets but will gladly provide information for local kennel. |

Well-behaved children age 14 and over are more than welcome. |
|
Arrivals between 3:00 and 6:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 noon. We can accommodate early or late check-ins by prior arrangements. |
| Reservation Policies |

Credit card and $25.00 required to confirm a reservation. |
|
One-night weekend bookings are accepted year round as of 3:00 PM the Sunday previous. |
| Cancellation Policies |
|
Cancellations made less than 2 days before a week day (Sun- Thurs) will be charged the $25.00 deposit. Cancellations made less than 1 week before a weekend, holiday, holiday eve, for a multi-night or multi-room reservation will be charged for 1 full day of the reservation. We realize that situations arise that require a change or late cancellation of a reservation. Of course we sympathize, but because of the adverse effect such cancellations have on our small business we must adhere to our cancellation policies. We consider early departure a cancellation. |
